作为一位资深的酒店职业经理人，张文波先生在其20多年的职业生涯中累积了丰富的酒店运营及管理经验。张文波先生曾任职于大中華酒店（香港）有限公司旗下豪生和温德姆至尊豪廷品牌酒店、万豪国际集团、洲际酒店集团以及苏宁地产集团，多年的酒店运营管理及市场销售经验，赋予了他非凡的领导力和洞察力。张文波先生曾参与过四家国际品牌的筹备、试运营、开业运营阶段。严谨而又不失幽默的他，对待工作一丝不苟，并带领酒店团队取得了出色的成绩，获得多项荣誉，同时也积累了丰富的经验。
