张伟先生出任南昌力高皇冠假日酒店总经理

近日，南昌力高皇冠假日酒店任命张伟先生(David Zhang)为酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的管理运营。

April 11, 2019( Jiangxi Nanchang) -Recently, Crowne Plaza Nanchang Riverside is pleased to announce the appointment of David Zhang as General Manager. He will be fully in charge hotel business strategy and operation.

张伟先生来自大连，分别在澳大利亚和英国获得了商业管理和酒店管理硕士学位，并在不列颠尼亚酒店开始其酒店生涯。从事酒店行业已超过18年，他的工作足迹遍及全国多个城市，并先后于香格里拉、洲际等国际酒店集团旗下的顶级酒店品牌担任要职。多年的职业历练以及在不同地域的任职经历，造就了他卓越的领导才华和丰富的管理经验。他重视员工凝聚力，以盈利为驱动，以标准服务为导向，锐意求新高效行动，是一位充满激情和动力的领导者。

David Zhang is from Dalian and he has get Master's degree in business management and hotel management from Australia and England. He started his career in the hotel industry in Hotel Britannia that is more than 18 years of experience in the field. He has worked in many cities across China and has held senior positions in major international hotel chains such as Shangri-La, Intercontinental. With years of professional exposure in various destinations, he has established a strong vision complementing his well-versed knowledge and dynamic leadership. He attaches importance to staff cohesion, creation, efficient actions and he is revenue driven and standard service-oriented. David Zhang is a Leader who always full of passion and motivation.
