一颗坚守岗位的螺丝钉。

2021年8月的一天，杭州奥克伍德国际酒店公寓收到了一封来自长住客方女士的感谢信，讲述了一枚具有纪念意义的“蒂芙尼”戒指失而复得的故事，也让大家认识了杭州奥克伍德国际酒店公寓一颗坚守岗位的螺丝钉——公共区域主管毕海波。


One day in Aug, Oakwood Residence Hangzhou got an Appreciation Letter from long-stay guest Mrs. Fang, telling a story about her lost and found Tiffany ring and praised Public Area Supervisor Bi Haibo.

垃圾熏臭难忍，他竟埋头苦寻

一日晚餐后，方女士不慎将包有一枚价值不菲的“蒂芙尼”戒指的餐巾纸当作垃圾处理，直到次日才恍然大悟。她心急如焚去寻找，发现楼层所在垃圾箱早已被其中清理至地下二楼垃圾集中清理点。


毕海波收到方女士的求助后，第一时间赶赴垃圾房，从近十个垃圾大桶中仔细翻找。盛夏酷暑，奥克伍德19个楼层的垃圾集中点，异味难耐可想而知。最终戒指找到了。失而复得的戒指让方女士非常感动，她即刻准备了个“大红包”对毕海波表示感谢，但他婉言谢绝，只是笑着回答说：“这就是我的工作。”




One day after dinner, Mrs.Fang cleaned her room and dumped all trash, totally unaware of her Tiffany ring was wrapped up in a tissue paper and thrown away. The next day, she realized the ring was lost and asked for help from Oakwood. Bi Haibo got all clues and went down to the trash-collecting center at Oakwood basement. Can you imagine how smelly it was in such a place during hot summer? The ring was found finally, Mrs. Fang wanted to give him some money as a big thank you, but got declined by Bi Haibo. He simply replied “It was ok , just my work.”

十一年如一日，他是服务标杆

2021年8月，毕海波迎来了在杭州奥克伍德大家庭工作的第11个年头。他所在的岗位主要负责公寓公共区域的清洁维护。大到垃圾的集中清运、所有客房布草的收集搬运，小到走廊地毯的除尘清洁、大堂地面的打蜡维护。凭借对公寓的归属感和对工作的认同感，整整11年，他在平凡岗位如“螺丝钉”日夜坚守。


2020年奥克伍德南楼搬迁，166个房间的沉重实木家具和电器设备需要清运。工期短、工作量大，毕海波是出力最多的员工之一。整整11年，毕海波工作热情不减，各部门同事和客人对他的评价都是——杭州奥克伍德的服务标杆。




2021 is the 11th anniversary of Bi Haibo working for Oakwood. As a PA supervisor, he is responsible for all cleaning and maintenance work in public area. In some people’s eye, it is not a decent job. But he has a great sense of belonging and is always so enthusiastic about what he dose, which is bringing cleanness and happiness to Oakwood’s guests.

疫情突如其来，他在抗疫一线

2020年初突发疫情，毕海波所在岗位承担着艰巨的保洁和消毒工作。那是一段特别艰难的日子，毕海波和同事们一起，为给住客们创造一个安全的居住环境奋斗在抗疫的一线。现在疫情还没结束，毕海波和队友们的战斗还在继续。


The unexpected Covid situation started from the beginning of 2020, Bi Haibo and his colleagues have always been at the frontier of fighting against covid, beside his routine cleaning work, he has tons of work to sanitize the whole apartment, in order to secure a safe and germ-free environment. The pandemic is far from over, and Bi Haibo will keeping fighting and keep up his good work.

一枚戒指，一个人物；平凡的岗位，可贵的精神。这是毕海波的故事，也是杭州奥克伍德国际酒店公寓最宝贵的财富。
