AEROLUXUS, which is renowned for its expertise in high-end business service training and consulting, tailor-made a three-day training session for Oakwood.



此次培训基于西湖壹号的特点,从客户视角出发,得益于奥克伍德和爱瑞礼双方多年的高端服务经验,动态化、具体化、实战化,将铂金管家服务培训从教室搬到西湖壹号的现场。杭州奥克伍德总经理Christian Thomasberger非常重视此次培训,莅临现场和艾瑞礼总裁Franck DUBARRY先生进行深入交流探讨,并且对培训细节提出指导意见。


Based on the needs of One Residence owners, AEROLUXUS offers practical training materials for Oakwood butlers. GM of Oakwood Residence Hangzhou Mr.Thomasberger went on training site to talk with Aeroluxus CEO and gave ideas and inputs for a better training.

培训师简介

Patrick CHMIELEWSKI

主讲师为来自法国的Chmielewski先生,在法国获得酒店管理学位后,他在铂尔曼、索菲特、诺富特等集团担任高管多年,足迹遍布巴黎、布鲁塞尔、上海、无锡等城市,对中西礼仪文化有着深刻理解和实践经验。

Mr.Chmielewski comes from France, he has been serving as high management for Pullman,Sofitel and Novotel for many years. He has a deep understanding of both Chinese and Western etiquette.


Diana HAO

Diana Hao女士拥有7年企业咨询和培训经验,曾担任南航高级乘务员,具有丰富的VIP&CIP等高规格飞行服务经验。曾任教于山东外国语职业技术大学,为空中乘务、酒店管理、工商管理等专业教授礼仪文化等相关课程,数次指导国家级专业礼仪比赛。


With 7-year experience in training and consulting industry, Ms. Diana Hao has extensive experience in Fight Service, Hotel Management and Business Etiquette.
